Chicken Fettucini Recipe
- 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
- Garlic pwdr
- Soy sauce
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese
- 1 pound fresh linguine or possibly angel hair
- Cut chicken into bite size nuggets and saute/fry in garlic pwdr and soy sauce (to taste) till completely cooked.
- Set aside in a covered pan on low.
- Next in a medium size sauce pan on medium heat, stir butter and cream till butter is completely melted.
- Add in Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese and stir frequently.
- Following directions on package, cook the pasta till done.
- Drain pasta and place on a large serving platter.
- Place chicken on top of pasta and pour sauce over everything.
- Serve immediately.
