Buttercream Frosting Recipe

  1. In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the cheese and butter.
  2. Add in the sugar, 1/2 c. at a time, mixing after each addition.
  3. Add in the vanilla and lowfat milk and mix well.
  4. If you like, add in a couple of drops of food coloring and mix well.
  5. Yield: 1 1/2 to 2 c. frosting.
