Seafood Boats

• 14 cup melted butter
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon relish, any flavor it up to you
• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 1 (120 g) can crabmeat or 1 (120 g) can shrimp
• 12 slices white bread, crusts cut off

1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Butter both sides of bread.
3. Place in muffin tins.
4. Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
5. Spoon into bread.
6. Bake 10 minute.
