- 1/2 cup green pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp season salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and worchestershire sauce
- 1 packages boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 packages french hoagie buns
- 1/4 tsp barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp miracle whip
- 2 slice provolone cheese
- 2 slice white American cheese
- Before you start cooking make sure to chop your onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
- Then chop your chicken breast in small cubes.
- And add your seasonings.
- Put to the side
- In a non stick pan add your oil to sautee your veggies.
- Cook until their translucent.
- Once you've done that remove your veggies and put to the side.
- In the same pan add your chicken.
- Cook until chicken is fully cooked.
- Once your chicken is done add your veggies back in the pan.
- Make sure the chicken and veggies are well mixed
- Now get your provolone and white american cheese and add that on top of the chicken.
- Lower heat and cover for a minute so cheese can melt.
- Get a hoagie roll and spoon miracle whip and barbecue sauce on.
- I put my buns in the over for minute before adding the condiments.
- But the choice is yours.
- Add the meat and you're ready to eat.
- Note: you can also add lettuce and tomatoes if you like.
