Caltex Chili Powder Recipe

• 1/4 c. toasted cumin seed grnd
• 2 Tbsp. toasted coriander seed grnd
• 2 Tbsp. paprika
• 1 Tbsp. toasted Tellicherry black peppercorns grnd
• 2 1/4 tsp chipotle chilies grnd
• 1 1/2 tsp pequin chiles with seeds grnd
• 3/4 tsp dry cascabels with seeds grnd
• 1/2 tsp ginger grnd
• 1 tsp cloves grnd

1. Sift all the ingredients together and store in a tightly sealed jar.
