Pecan Ice Box Cookies Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add in egg; sifted dry ingredients and pecans.
  2. Shape in long rolls about 2 inches in diameter, place on platter, cover with a towel and leave in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Slice in thin slices and bake at 375 degrees for 5 min or possibly till golden.
  4. Makes 6 dozen.
