Flank Steak In Sauce On Hoagie
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 each Scallions
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 each Anaheim pepper
- 1/4 cup Sherry
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire
- 1 tbsp Ground pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Beef stock with bay leaves and thyme-bay leaves removed after 5 min cooking
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 lb Flank steak - sliced against the grain, very thin
- Put all 10 ingredients together in a food processor.
- Buz until all smooth.
- Put in a pot and cook down for 30 minutes.
- In a pan with canola oil, wait until smoking hot, add thinly slice steak and cook, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.
