Glazed Tofu

  1. Mix tamari, maple syrup and mirin in bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cut tofu into 3?4-inch cubes.
  4. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add tofu, and fry until golden, turning every 3 minutes, about 10 minutes.
  6. (You dont need to brown all six sides.)
  7. Add tamari mixture, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is coated with glaze.
  8. Arrange around Summer Roll Salad.
