Pork Tenderloin A La Asparagus Recipe

  1. Lb.
  2. pork slices to flatten.
  3. In skillet, brown tenderloin in butter; set aside.
  4. In same skillet, blend together soup and lowfat milk; stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Return meat to skillet.
  6. Cover and simmer 40-45 min or possibly till tender.
  7. Serve sauce atop meat.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
