Old-Fashioned Potato Salad

  1. Place potatoes in shallow microwaveable dish.
  2. Add water; cover with waxed paper.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min.
  4. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, mix mayo, sour cream, mustard, pepper and pickle juice in large bowl until blended.
  6. Add pickles, celery, radishes and onions; mix well.
  7. Add potatoes and eggs to mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  8. Cut slice off top of each tomato.
  9. Scoop out centers of tomatoes; discard.
  10. Fill tomato shells with potato salad.
