Oceanside
- 8 mint leaves
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces London dry gin
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- Dash of celery bitters
- Pinch of sea salt
- Ice
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle 7 of the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup, then add the gin, lime juice, bitters and salt.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the remaining mint leaf.
