Cheesy Ham & Egg Bake Squares

• 10 frozen hash brown patties (2.3 oz. each), thawed
• 1 doz. eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, chopped
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese, divided
• 4 green onions, thinly sliced

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Crumble hash browns into 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; press gently to form even layer.
3. Bake 15 to 20 min.
4. or until golden brown.
5. Meanwhile, whisk eggs, milk and sour cream in large bowl until blended; stir in ham and half of the cheese.
6. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Pour egg mixture over crust; bake 15 to 20 min.
7. or until set.
8. Remove from oven.
9. Top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with onions.
10. Let stand 5 min.
11. before cutting to serve.
