Pizza and Sauce
- 3 cups flour
- 1 12 teaspoons yeast
- 1 12 teaspoons powdered milk
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 18 teaspoon lemon juice
- 7 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 13 ounce grated parmesan cheese
- 3 sliced mushrooms
- 2 ounces turkey pepperoni
- 1 roma tomato
- 1 teaspoon shredded basil
- 1.
- Put dough ingredients in bread machine and set to "pizza dough" setting.

- Simmer sauce ingredients together for ~40 min in saucepan.
- 3.
- Separate dough into two balls.
- Stretch onto cooking surface (corn meal or flour will help to discourage sticking).
- 4.
- Top dough with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- 5.
- Bake at ~500 degrees F for ~8 minute.
