Delicious and Rich Pork Miso Soup

  1. Cut the pork and vegetables into bite sized pieces.
  2. Saute the pork with sesame oil in a pot.
  3. Add the vegetables except for the Japanese leek and saute.
  4. Add the ingredients and simmer.
  5. When the daikon radish is cooked, add the miso and simmer.
  6. Taste and adjust the flavor.
  7. Add Japanese leek at the last moment.
