Delicious and Rich Pork Miso Soup
- 150 grams Pork
- 10 cm Daikon radish
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Shiitake mushroom
- 1/2 stalk Burdock
- 1 Onion
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 block Konnyaku
- 1 sheet Aburaage
- 1500 ml Water
- 100 ml Sake
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tbsp Bonito based dashi stock
- 2 tablespoons~ Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 160 grams Miso
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Cut the pork and vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Saute the pork with sesame oil in a pot.
- Add the vegetables except for the Japanese leek and saute.
- Add the ingredients and simmer.
- When the daikon radish is cooked, add the miso and simmer.
- Taste and adjust the flavor.
- Add Japanese leek at the last moment.
