Broccoli and Snowpea Salad
- 250g broccoli florets
- 250g snow peas, trimmed
- 1 1/2 cups bean shoots
- 1/2 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Italian Dressing
- 3 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Cook broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, or until just tender.
- Refresh in cold water, drain.
- Cook snow peas in boiling water for 1 minutes, then refresh in cold water.
- Drain.
- Combine broccoli, snow peas, bean shoots, capsicum and dressing in a large bowl.
- Serve salad topped with spring onions and sesame seeds.
