Raspberry Lime Spring Vinaigrette

• 12 cup white wine vinegar
• 1 lime, juice of
• 14 cup water (more if needed)
• 14 cup raspberry juice, fresh
• sugar
• salt
• pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a dressing bottle and shake.
2. Dress each salad separately.
