Sara's Sangria

  1. Make lime syrup by mixing lime juice, sugar and 1/4 cup water in small saucepan.
  2. Heat on warm setting on stove, stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Cut fruit into small decorative pieces and mix with lime syrup.
  4. Pour into pitcher and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Add wine and sparkling water to fruit mixture.
  6. (Taste, if it is bitter, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.)
  7. Serve over ice, garnish glass with lime wheel.
  8. Enjoy!
