Delicious Miso Ramen

  1. Chop all the ingredients.
  2. Be sure to cut the meat into long, thin strips!
  3. Also boil the water for the noodles.
  4. Add sesame oil to a pot and heat.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and finely chopped onion and stir fry.
  6. Once it's fragrant, add doubanjiang and continue stir frying.
  7. When it has been stir fried for a bit, add water and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce to low heat and add soy sauce, sake, chicken soup stock, Weipa Chinese soup base, salt and pepper.
  9. Before boiling the noodles, cook the bean sprouts in hot water and set aside.
  10. This helps you save water.
  11. Lastly use the miso to adjust the flavor to your liking.
  12. Simmer a little over low heat.
  13. Boil the noodles in the meantime!
  14. Once the noodles are boiled, put into a bowl, and then pour in the hot soup!
  15. Mound the bean sprouts in the middle, and sprinkle green onions and it's finished.
  16. This time I used char siu pork and a marinated boiled egg as toppings.
