Sugar Brownies With Chocolate Chips

• 2 cups milk (or more)
• 14 cup french vanilla liquid coffee creamer
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 34 cups flour
• 1 large egg
• 12 cup chocolate chips

1. Pour ingredients into a mixing bowl (except chocolate chips).
2. Mix until slightly lumpy.
3. Add chocolate chips.
4. Pour onto cookie sheet and spread.
5. Heat the oven to 400F and bake for 20-25 minutes.
