Homemade Chorizo

  1. Combine all the ingredients except the pork in a blender and puree.
  2. Knead this mixture into the pork until it is throughly mixed together.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
  4. To cook, crumble the chorizo in a skillet and fry.
  5. If desired, add eggs and/or potatoes.
  6. Drain before serving.
