Shishito Peppers and Chikuwa Fish Sticks Stir Fried in Spicy Sweet Miso

  1. Take the stems off the shishito peppers and rinse quickly.
  2. Cut the chikuwa into 2-3mm slices.
  3. Combine the ingredients.
  4. Heat a small pan and add sesame oil.
  5. Stir fry the chikuwa, then add the shishito peppers and continue stir frying.
  6. Stir fry over low-medium heat slowly until browned, then add the combined ingredients and continue cooking.
  7. Add the sesame seeds, mix through, and it's done.
