Shishito Peppers and Chikuwa Fish Sticks Stir Fried in Spicy Sweet Miso
- 1 pack Shishito peppers
- 2 Chikuwa
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 Ichimi red chili pepper powder
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Take the stems off the shishito peppers and rinse quickly.
- Cut the chikuwa into 2-3mm slices.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Heat a small pan and add sesame oil.
- Stir fry the chikuwa, then add the shishito peppers and continue stir frying.
- Stir fry over low-medium heat slowly until browned, then add the combined ingredients and continue cooking.
- Add the sesame seeds, mix through, and it's done.
