Egg Mac Breakfast Recipe
- 1 English muffin
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 egg
- 2 slices thin sliced ham
- 1 slice process cheese

- Split and toast the English muffin

- Place butter in a custard c. or possibly sauce dish.
- Cook for 30 seconds or possibly just till melted.
- 3.
- Carefully break egg into dish.
- Pierce yolk 2 to 3 times.
- Cook, covered with plastic wrap, for 30 to 35 seconds.
- Let stand, covered for 1 minute.
- 4.
- Carefully remove cover.
- Put egg on the toasted English muffin.
- Top egg with cheese, ham and muffin top.
- 5.
- Cook for 30 seconds, or possibly till cheese begins to heat.
- Add in fruit juice and a glass of lowfat milk for a quick, hearty breakfast.
