Chard & Kale With Bonito Flakes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1/2 bunch Chard
- 1/2 bunch Kale
- 1 envelope Bonito flakes
- 4 Eggs
- Chop garlic and cut kale and chard into thin strings
- Saute the garlic in olive oil
- Add the chard and kale.
- Cook well stiring constantly on medium heat for 5-10 minutes
- Add the bonito flakes and mix well
- Beat the eggs
- Add the beaten eggs and mix well
- Immediately after adding the eggs switch off season with salt and pepper and serve!
