Chard & Kale With Bonito Flakes

  1. Chop garlic and cut kale and chard into thin strings
  2. Saute the garlic in olive oil
  3. Add the chard and kale.
  4. Cook well stiring constantly on medium heat for 5-10 minutes
  5. Add the bonito flakes and mix well
  6. Beat the eggs
  7. Add the beaten eggs and mix well
  8. Immediately after adding the eggs switch off season with salt and pepper and serve!
