BBQ Beef Brisket
- 1 beef brisket (4 lb.)
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 32 slices Texas toast white sandwich bread, toasted
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place meat, fat-side up, on rack in shallow pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F. Mix sauces and honey; reserve 1 cup.
- Spread remaining sauce over meat.
- Cover.
- Bake 2 hours or until meat is tender and done (160 degrees F).
- Cut meat into thin slices.
- Serve with reserved sauce and toast slices.
