BBQ Beef Brisket

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place meat, fat-side up, on rack in shallow pan.
  3. Bake 1 hour.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F. Mix sauces and honey; reserve 1 cup.
  5. Spread remaining sauce over meat.
  6. Cover.
  7. Bake 2 hours or until meat is tender and done (160 degrees F).
  8. Cut meat into thin slices.
  9. Serve with reserved sauce and toast slices.
