Cole Slaw
- 2 lbs cabbage, shredded
- 14 cup onion, grated
- 14 cup carrot, grated
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (I substitute apple cider vinegar)
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl mix together cabbage, onion and carrots.
- In separate bowl mix together mayo, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Pour liquid mixture over cabbage mixture and stir.
- Refrigerate overnight or for several hours before serving.
