OOEY GOOEY Chicken Burritos

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Chop Chicken into bite sized pieces, add to oil and cook until no longer pink.
  3. When chicken is no longer pink, add Cream Cheese and Monterey Jack cheese to the skillet and heat until both cheeses have melted.
  4. Prepare Hollandaise Sauce and warm tortilla shells.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto a warm shell and fold, top with prepared Hollandaise sauce and serve.
