OOEY GOOEY Chicken Burritos
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil Or More As Needed
- 1 pound Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless Or Tenders
- 1 package Cream Cheese (8 Oz.) Cubed
- 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1 package Instant Hollandaise Sauce, Prepared As Directed
- 1 package 8-count Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Chop Chicken into bite sized pieces, add to oil and cook until no longer pink.
- When chicken is no longer pink, add Cream Cheese and Monterey Jack cheese to the skillet and heat until both cheeses have melted.
- Prepare Hollandaise Sauce and warm tortilla shells.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto a warm shell and fold, top with prepared Hollandaise sauce and serve.
