Sweet Potato Casserole

• 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 13 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 13 cup flour
• 13 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup coconut

1. Mix first 5 ingredients and place into 8x8 baking dish
2. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top
3. Bake at 350F for 45-60 min or until brown and bubbly.
