Breakfast Casserole -Sam Padgett

  1. Place potatoes in an 8-in.
  2. square baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions.
  4. Whisk the eggs, milk, pepper and salt; pour over all.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
