Mushroom Stoganoff

  1. Spray large frying pan with cooking spray Add onion and cook over medium heat.
  2. As onion begins to dry out and brown, you will see brown bits sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add a small amount of water to get all of the flavor off the pan and onto the onion.
  4. Add garlic and continue to cook until soft, 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the Braggs and stir.
  6. Add the mushrooms.
  7. Dont stir; let them release their liquid and start to cook down.
  8. Flip once or twice to make sure theyre evenly cooked but not enough to break them.
  9. I like to do this part the night before and then let is sit overnight so all the flavors combine.
  10. But you dont have to do this.
  11. Before serving, add the cashew sour cream.
  12. Serve over rice or noodles.
