Easy Fish Tacos Recipe HPYCMPR
- 6 frozen fish filets (we like Gorton's Lemon Pepper Herb)
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped cabbage (or lettuce, or baby spinach, whatever is on hand)
- ranch dressing
- Cook fish filets in oven according to package directions.
- Microwave tortillas until warm and pliable, about 8 seconds
- Place a cooked filet in the center of a tortilla.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Sprinkle cabbage (or lettuce, or spinach) over all.
- Roll up and enjoy.
