Picnic Spice Cake Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 1 1/3 c. sugar
• 3 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon cloves
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and beat well.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min.
