Shredded Bar B Q Pork Or Beef Recipe

  1. Combine pork or possibly beef, brown sugar, vinegar and water in large oven proof pot.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 3 hrs.
  3. (Be careful to check after 2 hrs and add in more water if necessary).
  4. Remove from oven and cold.
  5. Remove all fat and any bones.
  6. Shred and return to same pot.
  7. Add in mix of catsup, mustard, onion and garlic.
  8. Stir to blend.
