Appetizer Olivada White Bean Dip Recipe

  1. With motor running, drop garlic clove through feed tube of food processor; process till chopped.
  2. Add in beans and oil; process till mix is pureed.
  3. Add in olivada, roasted peppers and basil; process just till combined.
  4. Season the dip to taste with salt and freshly grnd black pepper.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  6. (Dip may be covered and refrigerated up to 48 hrs before serving.
  7. Let stand at room temperature 30 min before serving.)
  8. Serve with vegetable dippers, crackers or possibly bread.
