Cottage Cheese: Open-Faced Sandwich
- 2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 4 tablespoon KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 1/2 pound romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 2 medium green pepper
- 1 fresh, medium whole tomatoes
- 4 fresh orange
- 4 SNACKWELL'S Sugar Free Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies
- Mix cottage cheese and dressing.
- Shred lettuce and slice cucumber, green pepper and tomato.
- Top each pita bread with lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of green pepper, 2 tomato slices and one-fourth of cottage cheese mixture.
- Serve the remaining sliced veggies on the side, along with one orange and one cookie for dessert.
