Strawberry Cheesecake Layered Dessert
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3-1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in strawberries and 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
- Beat pudding mixes, milk and vanilla with whisk 2 min.
- ; pour over dessert.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until thickened.
- Cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
