Tropical Carrot Soup (Raw / Live Food)

  1. In a Vita-Mix (or other high powered blender) load in the carrot juice, 1 carrot, the garlic, ginger, salt, coconut butter, and cayenne.
  2. Start on low, go to high and process on high for about 5 minutes to warm the ingredients a little.
  3. Then reduce speed to #1 / Low, add the remaining carrot and zucchini.
  4. Slowly raise speed to #5 / Medium for just a few seconds so the veggies don't become pureed.
  5. Pour into serving bowls.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or shavings of coconut and carrot.
