Sausage And Bacon Linguine

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Prepare linguine.
  3. In a large saute pan, cook sausage and bacon.
  4. Remove sausage and bacon, leave drippings in the pan.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and seasonings, continue cooking until liquid is reduced by half.
  6. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until it coats the back of a spoon.
  8. Stir in diced tomatoes.
  9. Toss bacon, sausage and linguine in sauce until thick and sticks to noodles.
