Italian Bread Salad

  1. Place bread cubes in sheet pan.
  2. Bake in 350F-standard oven 8 to 10 min.
  3. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionaly.
  4. Cool.
  5. Toss vegetables with olives and basil in large bowl.
  6. Add bread cubes and dressing; mix lightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; cover.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  9. Toss lightly before serving.
