New Milano

• Ice
• 1 ounce London dry gin
• 1 ounce Dimmi (herbal Italian liqueur)
• 1 ounce Cynar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 small grapefruit wedge, for garnish

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the gin, Dimmi, Cynar and salt and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or wineglass and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
