Cheesy Baked Tortellini
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 13 cups Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
- 1 pinch Italian Blend Seasoning
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 pound Store Bought Tortellini, Whatever Flavor You Prefer
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- In a medium bowl, combine marinara, cream cheese, basil, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Season boiling water with salt.
- Add tortellini and cook for 2 minutes; drain.
- Add tortellini to marinara mixture.
- Pour into greased 8x8 baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
- Note: I like to put this casserole under the broiler for a minute or two just to get the casserole a little more brown on top.
