Roasted Red Pepper and Salami Salad
- 3 gal. mixed salad greens, torn
- 2 qt. thinly sliced salami, cut into strips
- 2 qt. tomatoes, cut into wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups shredded Asiago cheese
- 3 cups roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 cups fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
- 1 cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 3 cups KRAFT Signature Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette Dressing
- Toss salad greens with all remaining ingredients except dressing; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving: Place 2-3/4 cups of the greens mixture on serving plate; top with 2 Tbsp.
