Shrimp Casserole
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 cans shrimp (or use frozen)
- 2 cups raw rice
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 1 onion, lightly sauteed
- 12 green pepper (optional)
- celery, diced
- salt & pepper
- slivered almonds
- crushed potato chips
- Mix all ingredients into a large casserole dish.
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
