Edamame Guacamole

  1. Cook edamame in saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water, drain again and pat dry.
  4. Process edamame in food processor until coarsely chopped; transfer to large bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, except chips.
  6. Mix just until combined.
  7. Serve with chips.
