Peach Yogurt Scones Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. peach or possibly apple yogurt
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- Sugar
- Combine biscuit mix and 1/4 c. sugar.
- Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter.
- Stir yogurt mix into biscuit mix.
- Mix till dough clings together.
- Knead dough 8-10 strokes.
- Pat or possibly roll into a 6 inch circle.
- Cut dough into 10 wedges.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
