Peach Yogurt Scones Recipe

  1. Combine biscuit mix and 1/4 c. sugar.
  2. Stir together the egg, yogurt and melted butter.
  3. Stir yogurt mix into biscuit mix.
  4. Mix till dough clings together.
  5. Knead dough 8-10 strokes.
  6. Pat or possibly roll into a 6 inch circle.
  7. Cut dough into 10 wedges.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar.
  9. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till golden brown.
  11. Serve hot.
