Breakfast Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
  3. Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition.
  4. Mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
  5. In a medium size bowl stir together flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.
  6. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
  7. Drop by teaspoon small amounts onto a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  9. Place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
