Chickie Romaine Salad Recipe

  1. In saucepan, saute/fry the chicken in extra virgin olive oil and butter over medium heat for 10 to 15 min, turning often till done.
  2. Remove from saucepan, drain on paper towel.
  3. Tear lettuce into bite size pcs and place in a large salad bowl.
  4. Add in celery, red onions and mushrooms.
  5. Slice chicken and cut into pcs.
  6. Add in this to the bowl.
  7. Add in extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and lemon pepper.
  8. Toss to mix well.
  9. Sprinkle with Caesar Style Croutons just before serving.
