Tea-Smoked Turkey

  1. Remove tea from bags; mix with next 5 ingredients.
  2. Cover bottom of large, shallow foil-lined baking pan with mixture.
  3. Place thighs, skin side up, on rack over tea mixture.
  4. Cover pan with foil; bake at 350F (180C).
  5. for 1 hour.
  6. Meanwhile, mix remaining 3 ingredients; set aside.
  7. Brush thighs thoroughly with half of mixture; bake, uncovered, 20 minutes, skin side down.
  8. Turn thighs over; brush with remaining mixture.
  9. Bake 30 minutes, or until juices run clear when thighs are pierced with fork.
