Broccoli And Lemon Risotto Recipe

  1. Steam broccoli florets till barely tender.
  2. Saute/fry leek and broccoli stems till barely tender.Cook the rice in broth, wine and juice.
  3. Add in broccoli after the rice is cooked and heat.
  4. Serve with parsley.
