Barbecue Pan Chicken

  1. In a large skillet, brown chicken pieces 2-3 minute per side in hot butter and olive oil.
  2. Mix tomato soup, brown sugar, celery, garlic salt, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco; pour over chicken.
  3. Cook slowly, turning occasionally, for about 40-45 minute until chicken is done.
