Healthy Orange Pumpkin Tarts

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine.
  2. Spray 4 (4-inch) tartlet pans.
  3. Sprinkle flour over bottoms of pans.
  4. Press crumb mix into bottoms and 3/4 way up sides of pans.
  5. Bake at 375 for 5 minute
  6. Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, egg, orange juice, and pumpkin pie spice.
  7. Pour into crusts.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool.
  10. Top with 1 Tablespoon Cool Whip.
